Service Operator

Thought for Food is a personal, private recipe management app operated by Vladislav Dektiarev, Hamburg, Germany. Contact: vladislav.dektiarev@gmail.com.

Access And Accounts

Access is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your OAuth account secure and for all activity performed through your authenticated session. The operator may limit, suspend, or revoke access where needed to protect the app, users, or legal rights.

Your Content

You remain responsible for recipes, images, source URLs, notes, shopping-list entries, and other content you submit. Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

Recipes are private by default. If you publish community recipes, other authorized users may view, save, copy, or interact with the public version according to the app features. Only publish content that you have the right to share.

Before creating, uploading, generating, or publishing recipe content, you must accept the current version of these terms in the app. Updated terms may require renewed acceptance before you continue using content creation or community features.

AI And Source Ingestion

Thought for Food may use AI and source-ingestion services to extract recipes from text or links, standardize ingredient units, create embeddings for search, validate images, or generate recipe images. AI-generated images and extracted recipe content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review results before relying on them.

Do not use AI-generated images or ingestion features to create, upload, or publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, explicit, abusive, or harmful content. Offensive AI-generated images or public content can be reported or flagged in the app without leaving the service.

Moderation And Enforcement

The operator may remove public recipes, restrict visibility, revoke access, rate-limit actions, or take other reasonable steps when content or behavior violates these terms, threatens service reliability, or creates legal or safety risk.

Public recipe detail pages and community recipe cards include in-app report actions. Non-owner viewers can block public recipe creators; blocked creators are filtered from community, saved, recommendation, and direct public recipe surfaces. AI-generated images can also be flagged from the image manager.

You may still email vladislav.dektiarev@gmail.com for escalation, legal notices, or if an in-app report cannot be used. Include the recipe URL or enough detail to identify the content.

Availability And Changes

The app is provided as a private project without a guaranteed service level. Features may change, be rate-limited, or be discontinued. The operator is not responsible for recipe outcomes, cooking safety, allergy decisions, nutrition decisions, or third-party source content.

Governing Context

These terms are written for a private operator in Germany. Mandatory consumer, data protection, platform, and statutory rights remain unaffected.
